Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the Dubai Courts, as applicable. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) .
